Visual Rights · Englair Clean Group

Original work.
Clearly protected.

Englair publishes original photography and visual material to document real work, property conditions, professional standards, and completed results. This page defines how those images may—and may not—be used.

01 · Ownership

Visual material
belongs to Englair.

Unless a specific image states otherwise, original photographs, before-and-after compositions, branded graphics, visual case studies, and other visual material published on englair.com are owned by Englair Clean Group or are used by Englair with the necessary rights.

Publication on this website does not place an image in the public domain and does not grant an automatic right to copy, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or use that image commercially.

02 · License

No implied
public license.

All rights are reserved unless Englair Clean Group expressly grants permission in writing. Any permitted use is limited to the scope, duration, format, and purpose stated in that written authorization.

Attribution alone does not create permission to use an Englair image. Removing the Englair name, logo, watermark, copyright notice, metadata, or other identifying material does not change the ownership of the image.

03 · Permission

Requesting use
of an image.

To request permission to reproduce or license an Englair image, contact Englair Clean Group through the website and identify the exact image, the intended publication or platform, the proposed use, and whether the use is commercial.

A request does not itself grant permission. Use is authorized only after Englair provides written approval and, when applicable, any required attribution, usage terms, or licensing conditions.

For the fastest review, include the page URL where the image appears and a clear description of where and how you intend to use it.
